Due to the high costs associated with GPU processing for AI image generation, we generally do not offer refunds once the AI training process has begun.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • If the service was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
  • If the generated images are completely unusable due to a system failure (not due to poor quality input photos).
